Who is rv04

Founded by Ryan Veer, RV04 reflects a lifelong passion for sport, movement, and hard work, underpinned by sport science and a drive to help others reach their potential.

RV04 is a multifaceted sport and athletic collective, founded by Ryan Veer. The name reflects his initials, while the “04” represents the four pillars of expertise that form the foundation.

Ryan’s passion for sport and movement is reflected in a balanced approach to health, fitness, and enjoying life outdoors. As someone who thrives on being active, he very much enjoys staying fit and taking on physical challenges, just as much as the social bicycle ride, run or the odd social game of golf or padel with friends.

He believes in hard work as the foundation for success, be that academically, sports, or general aspects of life. During his school years, he achieved provincial (WP) colours in cycling and played for his high school’s under-18A hockey team – two vastly different sporting codes, one team-focused, the other entirely the opposite.

He is a University Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science and holds certification as a hockey coach and umpire (with SAHA level 1 accreditation)

He’s deeply driven to help any individuals, teams, and athletes reach their full potential and continually improve their performance in their chosen sport.
